On the 17th of May we had Mr Science come into Room 18 and teach us science expereiments because Mr F was on CRT. The first thing we did was working with dry ice. Do you know tha dry ice can burn your skin? We put the dry ice in warm water and smoke poured out of the glass. After morning tea he showed us how to make elephants toothpaste. If you want to make this, this is what you will need: white vinegar, baking soda, a bottle, dye and a tray. Then after lunch we made rockets with poles and paper. Finally we did the real rocket blaster compettion! Flora won the lollypop for going the furtherest. It was awesome!!
